Então, vim à recepção para pagar meu quarto e estender minha chave. Quando voltei para o hotel por volta das 23h. 00 , eu realmente me sinto cansado. e quero muito descansar quando chegar ao meu quarto. E TARAAAA… … é realmente surpreendente, eles são realmente ME SURPREENDEM. MEU QUARTO AINDA SUJO E DESARRUMADO. Perguntei à recepção por que eles não limparam meu quarto? Eu pedi para me mover e é claro que ela disse cheio. Então ela me oferece, a arrumadeira virá limpar meu quarto. E sim, não há outra escolha. Eu disse tudo bem, faça isso agora mesmo. De novo e de novo, ninguém vem ao meu quarto depois de 20 minutos eu vou para a recepção e me encontrei com indah, mas ela apenas ouviu o que eu disse, sem respeito, sem resposta. Eu tenho que esperar 20 minutos para que o serviço de limpeza chegue ao meu quarto e, claro, preciso esperar que ele limpe meu quarto. Eu pedi a indah para me confirmar por que esse caso aconteceu? I thoroughly disappointed regarding the policy and accountability of the service. In the room you'll have 4 bottles of water with different size 2 1 litres, and 2 650ml. On it, there will be a label to tells you which is complimentary, and charged. On my stay i saw and took the complementary label on a 1 litre of bottle. Since standard of complimentary is 2 bottles of 650ml, i thought its actually a good idea to just provide with a 1 litres free. If you want to have extra, you gotta pay, as labeled on the rest of the bottles. Now fast forward to check out, when i tried to take my deposit out, they take a portion of my deposit for a bottle i drank. THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED IT. I tried to tell them that they are mistaken since i did open the labeled complimentary one, and they can see it on my room that it was only the complimentary label is NOT on unopened bottle. They tell me they checked and they said even if what i say is true, its still charged. Since i don't have any proof that it was mislabeled when i arrived, they would only suspect me of switching the label if i bring them to my room, which already raided by the housekeeper who i believe already mess it up, and even might have switch it back to cover for their mistake. Such a blantant act of avoiding accountability and still dare to charge them even if its their fault is unfathomable to me and doesn't make any freaking sense.
